Research Group Steering Committee Elections

The RGSC elections were finalized on April 6, 2022
The latest annual elections to the SPEC RG Steering Committee have been performed in March 2022. Subject to the elections were the Class A seats and the Officer positions.
The elected members of the SPEC RG Steering Committee are:
- Cor-Paul Bezemer, University of Alberta, Canada
- Nikolas Herbst, University of Würzburg, Germany
- Alexandru Iosup, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, The Netherlands
- Klaus-Dieter Lange, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, USA
- Andre van Hoorn, University of Hamburg, Germany
The elected SPEC RG Officers are:
- Chair: Samuel Kounev, University of Würzburg, Germany
- Vice-Chair: Andre van Hoorn, University of Hamburg, Germany
- Secretary: Cristina Abad, ESPOL University, Ecuador
- Publicity Officer: Weiyi Shang, Concordia University, Canada
- Release Manager: Michele Tucci, Charles University, Czech Republic
- Newsletter Editors: Martin Straesser and André Bauer, University of Würzburg, Germany
Elections to SPEC RG Steering Committee are performed every year, with half of the members being elected each year (for a two year period).
To serve until 2023 (Class B; elected in 2021)
